Request for quotation (RFQ) PR11000612 for 1 (one) Double Shaft Industrial Shredder – Model HARDEN TS612 or equal
The Embassy of the United States of America, Jakarta invites qualified companies to provide their price quotations for the Supply and Delivery of 1 (one) Double Shaft Industrial Shredder – Model HARDEN TS612 or equal, as requested by IPC Office – U.S. Embassy, Jakarta.
If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions on the attached RFQ, complete the required portions of the document, and submit it to the address provided.
As required by U.S. Government’s federal acquisition regulation (FAR), for Procurement of $30,000 or above, prospective offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database on SAM.gov prior to award of a contract.
In addition to SAM.gov registration, a submission of NDAA Compliance Certification is also needed. Using the attached template. If this NDAA confirmation is submitted in SAM, no need to complete the template.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
Please submit your best quotation electronically no later than 12:00pm, September 29, 2022 (Jakarta local time) to U.S. Embassy’s Contracting Officer’s email: JakartaPCUbidding@state.gov.
